The young Founder of ICT4KIDS she is driven by her passion to serve others using the priveleges she has been awarded: 

As the founder of ICT4KIDS, I take charge of Finance & compliance, research, monitoring, and advocacy. However, my role extends beyond these responsibilities as the Web Designer, Developer and Social Media marketer.

Having been a part of the education system in Finland (in my capacity as a student) since 2015, I’ve been privileged to witness firsthand the effectiveness of Finland’s renowned education system. To remain globally competitive and develop engaged citizens, children need 21st-century competencies and expertise throughout their learning experience.

On the other side of this story, is when I visited a local governmental school, in a village on the outskirts of Bangalore, India. I was touched by the local school students’ desire to know more about Finland and became curious to know about their challenges and why ICT is not part of their national curriculum. I understood that these students did not have the basic infrastructure to move forward with any kind of ICT curriculum.

So now, I share my vision for ICT4KIDS: ” a world where underprivileged kids are equally ICT enabled and ready for the digital future.” The aim is to empower India’s Youth by Drawing Inspiration from Finland’s Educational Excellence that seamlessly integrates ICT learning. By bridging the gap between Finland’s success and India’s educational landscape, we aspire to equip every child in India, regardless of their background, with the digital skills needed to thrive in the modern world.

I am currently a student at the University of Helsinki, here in Finland. In my free time I enjoy painting, reading, and sharing videos on my channel (Echoes from Epochs) about Ancient India and its connection with Modern Science!
